No Returns – Exchanges Only

At Nellavation, we take pride in our limited-release lifestyle apparel, ensuring every drop is exclusive and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must meet these requirements:
Unworn & Unwashed – Items must be in brand-new condition, free from stains, odors, or damage.
Original Packaging & Tags – The item must have its original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.
Exchange Request Within 7 Days – You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Approval & Next Steps – If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide further instructions.

  3. Shipping – You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and provide a replacement if eligible.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, including discounted items, accessories, and limited-edition drops, are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
